Bob Debs has recently been seen using email to great advantage. On April 9 he sent out the following electronic plea:
"This coming Saturday
morning, April 12, at 9:00 AM., I plan on removing my old
hanger roof and putting on a new cover. I would really appreciate all
the help
and advice that I can get to accomplish this project. It will be great
to have
a dry hanger."
It didn't take long before Bob's email inbox was flooded with "I'll be there" replies. All told, perhaps a dozen fellow FVFC members showed up to lend a hand or offer unsolicited criticism; so many turned out that many of us were left twiddling our thumbs. With all of us helping, the new cover went on in nothing flat!
