What to do if Intercepted?Story submitted by Evan Wright![]() (Don't let this happen to you) Interception Procedures (shamelessly plagarized from Plane and Pilot Magazine) An Aircraft that is intercepted shall immediately: * Follow the isntructions given by the intercepting aircraft. * Notify, if possible, the appropriate air traffic services unit. * Attempt to establish radio communication with the intercepting aircaft-if possible, giving the identity and position of the aircraft and the nature of the flight. * squawk 7700 on your transponder, unless otherwise instructed by the appropriate air traffic services unit.
